This bill creates immigration bars for non-U.S. nationals involved with certain organizations and activities. It prohibits admission to the United States for members of Palestinian Islamic Jihad or Hamas, as well as any non-U.S. national who participated in or facilitated the October 7, 2023, attacks on Israel. The bill expands an existing admission bar against PLO officers, representatives, and spokespersons to include all PLO members. Additionally, it prohibits any non-U.S. national who participated in or facilitated the October 7, 2023, attacks from seeking any immigration-related relief or protections, including protection from deportation based on threats to life or freedom, or asylum.
